Hands-on Support

For customers who require hands-on assistance with configuration related issues, our Ruby on Rails and Sys Admin experts can provide scheduled professional support (during normal business hours) charged at £30 +vat per 30 minute block (or part thereof). Silver and Gold Support plans have inclusive hands-on time and additional time can be purchased at the normal rate.

Hands-on support can be used for a wide variety of tasks and incidents, for example:

  • SSL setup and configuration
  • OS updates or patches
  • In-depth deployment assistance
  • Application tuning advice
  • SQL query analysis
  • Production log analysis
  • Load testing/feedback

To request hands-on support, login to your Brightbox account and create a Helpdesk ticket with detailed instructions on the work you require and choose “Hands-on” paid support from the drop-down menu.
